The Leadership Campaign on AIDS (TLCA) works to provide information on the impact of HIV/AIDS in communities of color. Special attention is paid to the importance of HIV prevention and dismantling the fear and stigma that surround HIV/AIDS. These public outreach efforts educate, motivate, and mobilize individuals and communities in the fight against HIV/AIDS.
